Mike is Executive Client President, leading the Microsoft engagement at Carat and across the dentsu holding company. In this role, he brings together over 500 team members from across the global network to plan and execute over $1B in media investment to drive business for Microsoft across Azure, Windows, Surface, Office, Xbox and other lines of business. Prior to Carat Mike lead global digital agency iCrossing, a subsidiary of Hearst. Throughout that time, iCrossing was identified as an industry leader by Gartner in their annual 'Magic Quadrant' survey of digital agencies. He built on iCrossing's heritage as a one of the country’s largest independent performance media specialists and combined that with deep data, technology and content creation capabilities to drive growth for clients like Bridgestone, L’Oreal, Amex and Toyota. Previously, he was Global Chief Digital Officer at McCann WolrdGroup, where he evolved the agency’s digital capabilities and ran the global Nestle business. Helping Nestle and McCann evolve the marketing playbook to drive growth for Nestle’s portfolio of brands through greater use of digital media and marketing strategies. Mike is an industry leader having earned recognition including Campaign Magazine's Digital "40 over 40", Marketing Magazine Digital Agency of the Year and was a member of the inaugural jury for the Cannes innovation Lions.
