Mike Keech
CEO / Liquid I.V.
Mike has been part of the Unilever family since 2012. He’s now Liquid I.V.’s CEO, following three successful and rewarding years as COO of Ben & Jerry’s. Prior to his work with Liquid I.V. and Ben & Jerry’s, Mike began his Unilever career as a Senior Director of Brand Development in UL’s beverages category, Asia. Before Unilever, Mike was General Manager of the Kao brand in the UK and Ireland. Mike’s other professional highlights include leading marketing growth in some of the biggest companies in the world, including Coca-Cola and L'Oréal, and as a Global Commercial Director in Diageo’s Luxury Division. Mike is motivated by the idea of growing Liquid I.V. into an iconic and innovative company that consistently delivers profit through purpose. He aims to inspire all of his colleagues to embrace the net-positive ethos of creating a company that gives back to the world more than it takes. Mike majored in both Management and French at King’s College London. He lives in California, with his wife and two children.
